Proactive Sales Manager for Sweden

Acubiz A/S is a rapid growing company, which through the last 20 years has specialized within Expense Management by developing the service Acubiz EMS. The organization is geared for continuing growth and expands sharply within our area of business. Acubiz has a great ambition to be a leading provider within Expense Management.

Acubiz is focused on expansion towards international markets and is now searching for a proactive and dedicated Sales Manager for Sweden, who is a great networker with high impact and a commercial mind-set.

With reference to our Global Sales Director you will be responsible for sales in selected markets. Your primary tasks will be establishing and maintaining good relationships with new customers in the B2B segment. As Sales Manager you must continuously develop the regional sales network, and you must work closely and dedicated with the rest of the sales team in Denmark and Finland.

Moreover, you will follow internal procedures and guidelines for issuing sales orders, and you will continuously work on improving product knowledge and share valuable information with the team.

You have a relevant educational background within for example sales and/or marketing. You have the drive and push to work with both canvassing and maintaining of network to sign new customers. You have the ability to collaborate effectively across borders, cultures and organisational levels. Experience within the accounting and workflow business is a prerequisite – as well as economic understanding and interest, great IT skills within especially SaaS services is a must.

You will be taught all you need to know about our product portfolio.

We expect, that your native language is Swedish, and you are fluent in English – in writing as well as oral.

As a person, you are an outgoing, proactive and persistent team player with self-driven hunter skills. You have excellent networking and communication skills, and you possess a continuous improvement mind-set. You have the ability to enact with a sales perspective at all times towards all stakeholders and make the right sales decisions in accordance with the organisations policies and procedures. You are well structured and responsible and like to work independently.
